Daypart sales come from Schedule Diagnostic — whatever's picked on its Dashboard for today. They're read when the app opens, when you tap Reload, and at the start of each day. If Schedule Diagnostic can't be reached, the last numbers read are used. Every sign-off and extra-bag entry goes to the Coater log report in Schedule Diagnostic; entries made while offline are sent once the tablet reconnects.
Type any sales number to see bags needed — no sign-off, just a quick estimate
